  • Using AI to Provide Support to Users

    Some of you who were at the Oct conference heard me present on how we are using Artificial Intelligence for admin/front desk people on our Helpdesk to improve response rates and service to our schools. One of the questions asked at the end of the session was if we could leverage this to provide support to teachers. We have spent the last few months training and developing our AI system to be able to provide support specifically for teachers, and are now making our pilot project available to all districts.
